Technical
The hard skills of the role: tools, systems, processes and the know-how to use them well
Our approach
A collaborative approach that starts with a training needs analysis and ends with evidence that learning reached the workplace
What we measure
Every gap we diagnose sits in one or more of these, and most sit in all three
The hard skills of the role: tools, systems, processes and the know-how to use them well
Planning, deciding, leading and organizing: the skills that multiply a team's output
How people think, communicate and behave: mindset, habits and the way they work with others
Our course of action
Every program follows the same disciplined path, from training needs analysis to evaluating the program's efficiency

Important considerations
EPIC does not offer off-the-shelf programs or courses that may not suit the needs of the beneficiaries
Content, methods and duration of each course and program are defined after the needs assessment and agreement with top management
Tools for assessing application in the workplace are designed once specific program and course objectives are agreed
Application in the workplace is assessed between three and six months after the program is delivered
Program certification and graduation are conducted upon agreement with top management
The program report is delivered within one month of the end of the program

Workplace impact measurement
Tools designed against the agreed objectives assess how learning is applied at work
Start with the gap
Every EPIC program begins with a needs analysis agreed with your management, before any content is designed
